La inclusión educativa de menores infractores es un pilar fundamental para su reintegración social efectiva y la prevención de la reincidencia. Este artículo breve subraya la importancia de garantizar el acceso, la permanencia y el éxito académico de estos jóvenes en el sistema educativo ordinario o en programas adaptados de alta calidad. Se requiere un enfoque educativo individualizado, que aborde las necesidades pedagógicas, emocionales y sociales específicas, a menudo derivadas de trayectorias de vida complejas. La colaboración entre instituciones educativas, sistemas de justicia juvenil y servicios sociales es crucial para crear un entorno de apoyo que fomente el desarrollo de habilidades, la autoestima y la construcción de un proyecto de vida positivo, transformando la experiencia educativa en una herramienta de resiliencia y cambio.
